Warthog Return / Refund Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Warthog Products International, Inc. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that all of our products are designed and built to meet or exceed our customer’s expectations. At Warthog Products International, we manufacture our products to meet the highest standards.

Warthog Products International Inc. warranty our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. In the case of commercial use however, warranty is valid for 90 days from date of delivery. Warranty is non-transferable however if the products are used for rental applications any such warranty is void.

All products are shipped FOB Warthog Products International, Inc’s warehouse and as such we have no control over what happens during the shipping process. We can only control their quality and condition prior to shipping.

If any product sold by Warthog Product International, Inc should malfunction or appear to be defective in any way, please follow the following procedures:

1. Notify Warthog Products International, Inc right away and alert them to the problem so that they can discuss any potential inspection and/or warranty considerations.
2. If it is determined that any product/s needs to be returned then all shipping costs must be prepaid and must be received within 30 days from date of agreement to the return. All returns must contain information referencing the original purchase invoice.
3. No product/s may be returned without prior approval by Warthog Products International, Inc.
4. Product /s returned and accepted in accordance with the above conditions will be credited to the original purchaser based on prices paid at the original time of shipping.

Engines Warranty & Service

For warranty or service on any Warthog Products International Inc. engines, please refer to the owner’s manual provided at the time of delivery, as engine warranty is covered by the engine manufacturer.

Note: All motors and transmission are shipped dry and must be filled with approved oils as per the manual prior to operation, failure to do so will void any potential warranty issues.
